For over three decades, Michelle has dedicated her career to helping food manufacturers build food safety systems that protect consumers, strengthen businesses, and empower the people who make it all happen.

​Michelle has worked across nearly every sector of the food industry – from meat and poultry, dairy, beverages, grain processing, and acidified foods to canned products, snacks, dietary supplements, frozen foods, warehousing and distribution.

Throughout Michelle’s career, she has worked alongside four of the leading certification bodies. Those experiences have given her a unique perspective on what truly creates lasting, sustainable food safety excellence.

But her passion has never been about certificates.

Michelle believes the heart of every successful food safety program is found on the production floor – with front-line employees, supervisors, and middle management. These are the people who carry food safety forward every day – maintenance, sanitation, operations and QA teams. Her role is to support them while helping executive leadership create accountable action plans and build a culture where people have the freedom, flexibility, and resources they need to succeed.
